“I have been using a Virtual Assistant (VA) for just over a year now, and have been paired with three VAs during that time. Emma is in a different class to the others. Obviously, being a VA has its advantages in terms of flexibility, but I don’t think that makes it easy. It requires discipline and periodic focus to deliver genuine assistance to a remote exec. What I was looking for was someone to help me become more professionally effective, but in a cost-efficient way - the right person is key to that.
