Pricing varies depending on the type of support you need. Here are the details:

• PAYG Support: £40+VAT per hour. This option is perfect for short-term, ad-hoc tasks.

• Monthly Retainers: £35+VAT per hour. Retainers guarantee your VA's time and provide the best value for ongoing support.

• Tailored Packages: Terms are agreed upon request, based on your specific needs.

No surprise costs! You’ll always know the agreed-upon cost upfront, so you can stay in control of your budget.

Payments are processed securely via GoCardless direct debit, though I’m happy to consider other payment methods upon request.

• PAYG Support: An initial 5 hours are banked, and payment is due in advance before any work begins. Additional hours will be invoiced at the end of each month.

• Monthly Retainers: Payment is due in advance at the start of each month for the agreed-upon hours.

We use time-tracking software to log our hours. You can request updates whenever you like - weekly, monthly, or as needed.

All VAs I work with, including myself, are professionally insured, registered with the ICO for data protection, and have confidentiality clauses in their contracts. We can also sign an NDA if required.
