How does support work if you don’t charge hourly?
I work on a monthly support basis rather than strict hourly packages. That means support is planned and prioritised around what your business needs most, without the pressure of watching the clock or trying to fit everything into a set number of hours.
Do I need to know exactly what support I need before enquiring?
Not at all. Many clients come to me knowing they need support, but not necessarily knowing exactly what that looks like yet. We can talk through where things currently feel overwhelming, what’s taking up too much time, and where extra support could make the biggest difference.
