Growing together: Five years of trusted support

From behind-the-scenes support to launching new products, welcoming a baby and relocating to Mallorca, this is the story of how a trusted partnership has evolved over five years.

Romy Wyser is an intuitive guide, spiritual mentor and creator who helps people reconnect with themselves through intuitive guidance, memberships and transformational resources.

Since we first started working together in April 2021, I've supported Romy through significant changes in both her business and life. During that time, she's welcomed her son, Mateo, relocated her family to Mallorca, launched an oracle deck, journal and book, created new angel, goddess and astrocartography reports, and begun preparing for a new website, evolving services and her first retreat.

As her business has grown, so has everything happening behind the scenes.

Every business reaches a point where having someone you can genuinely rely on becomes invaluable.

When Romy first got in touch, she was finding it increasingly difficult to keep on top of everything that came with running a growing business.

Between supporting clients, creating content and developing new ideas, there never seemed to be enough time to keep on top of all the behind-the-scenes jobs that keep a business moving forward.

Like so many business owners, she didn't need someone to take over her business. She simply needed someone she could trust to provide consistent support, giving her the confidence that someone was there whenever she needed an extra pair of hands.

A partnership that evolved

One of the things I value most about long-term client relationships is that the support naturally changes as the business grows.

What began with newsletters and general business support has developed into a genuine partnership built on trust.

Over the years I've supported product launches, digital resources, website redesigns, memberships, newsletters and the many behind-the-scenes jobs that help keep her business moving forward as it has continued to evolve.

Most recently, I've been supporting the launch of Romy's brand new website and the evolution of her latest services as her business enters another exciting new chapter.

Rather than needing to explain everything from scratch each time something changes, Romy knows she has someone alongside her who already understands her business and is ready to help with whatever comes next.

Supporting the person behind the business

One of the things I've learnt over the years is that running a business never happens in isolation from life.

Over the past five years I've supported Romy through becoming a mum, launching new products, relocating her family to Mallorca and preparing for exciting new chapters in her business.

When the family moved to Mallorca, for example, I helped research everything from schools for Mateo to travel arrangements for the family dog, alongside continuing to support the business from afar.

Providing consistent support during those moments has given Romy someone she can turn to whenever an extra pair of hands is needed, leaving her free to focus on what matters most.

For me, that's what long-term virtual assistant support is really about.

Being someone clients know they can rely on whenever they need support.

Built on trust

After more than five years of working together, I have a deep understanding of Romy's business, her priorities and the way she likes to work.

That understanding means Romy can simply get in touch whenever she needs support, knowing I already understand her business and can quickly get to work, whether that's helping prepare a new launch or tackling an unexpected task.

The projects have changed. The priorities have changed. But one thing hasn't: the trust we've built over the last five years.

What Romy says

When I first asked Romy to describe our working relationship, she chose three words:

Trusting. Harmonious. Efficient.

Five years later, she shared these words about working together today:

"This latest chapter has asked more of me than any other. Building a new life in Mallorca whilst completely evolving my business has been exciting, but also incredibly full. Emma has been a constant throughout it all. She's not only helping bring my new website and services to life, but she's someone I trust completely. That level of support is priceless when you're navigating such significant change."

Earlier in our working relationship, Romy also shared:

"Emma arrived as a bit of an earth angel just when I needed her most to help me gain time, efficiency and growth in my business. Emma's energy is in perfect alignment with how I work, and her positive and sunny outlook is refreshing and a wonderful addition to my business."

"Emma takes care of your business as if it were her own. It shows, and it means everything to hardworking entrepreneurs who dedicate so much time and passion to their work."

Could your business benefit from this kind of support?

Every business grows and changes over time.

That's why I don't believe in offering a fixed list of services. Instead, I provide ongoing support that adapts alongside your business, helping you create more time, more headspace and the confidence that someone you trust is there whenever you need them.

If you're looking for calm, organised support from someone who'll get to know your business, grow alongside you and become a trusted part of your team, I'd love to hear from you.
